The Center for Health & Human Potential difference begins with our beliefs.
We believe in taking care of people like family.
We believe you and your family were born to be healthy and not sick as well as happy and not sad.
We know you have what it takes and see our role as simply removing interference to your natural ability to heal, grow and thrive.
We believe in human potential and simply put, we believe in YOU.
Dr. Tomi Osinfolarin
Active Clinic Lead
My name is Tomi Osinfolarin, and I am proud to call San Diego my hometown, where I was born and raised. My journey of growth and education has been deeply intertwined with this vibrant city—from Albert Einstein Charter Academy to Marvin Elementary, Lewis Middle School to Patrick Henry High, and finally, San Diego State University.
After venturing away from San Diego, I pursued a Doctorate of Chiropractic with the sincere intention of offering a holistic alternative for the care of my community. Following years of study and honing my craft, I returned home equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the healing of San Diego.
My vision is to promote healing in our community through personalized care and by raising awareness about spine health. I firmly believe that, together, we can bring about a positive transformation in the health of our community—one spine at a time.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. I look forward to connecting with each and every one of you.

We're so glad you’ve found us.
For so many individuals like yourself, this has been their starting place to regain their own health or to significantly improve the health and quality of life of their child and family.
I’ve chosen to focus my practice on…
pediatric and family chiropractic care because I know that if we can help a child early in their development we can totally transform the future of that child and the entire family unit.
A large percentage of my practice are children with various special needs.
As a father of a child with severe neurodevelopmental challenges, I know firsthand the many struggles of raising a child with special needs.
This is one of the many reasons our office is specially equipped to meet your family’s needs. You see, we’ve created our office with you in mind and have adapted it to meet your needs and not the other way around.
From our easy, online intake forms to our open, cheerful, safe environment, our office feels more like a home away from home than most of the sterile, hostile “healthcare” facilities out there.
The truth is, you’ve probably never seen an office like ours.
We also serve a large number of people with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD as well as those with chronic neurologic and autoimmune, and other disease processes.
We are on a mission to help the sickest of the sick and those with no hope.
No matter your reason for starting care, I can assure you of this.
We will take care of you and your family like we would our own families.
We will do everything we can to help you achieve your optimal health and quality of life and be your guide through that process.
I personally know how alone, frustrated, and stuck it feels to have a child or loved one facing intense health challenges.
I also know how to help you get unstuck and give you a game plan to get back on track.
The first step is often one of the most difficult. It’s simply asking for help.
I want to make that as easy as possible for you.
Asking for help is as simple as this.
1. Fill out our Appointment Request Form by clicking here.
2. Call or text us at 619-363-5073. (You can speak to me or one of our doctors to discuss your situation.)
3. Attend one of our workshops to get more resources and information.
It really is that simple.
I hope you’ll reach out and discover how we can help.
If you’ve spent much time on our website, you’ve already seen how we’ve helped so many people just like you.
I can’t wait to connect with you to see how we can help.
All my best,

San Diego Pediatric And Family Chiropractor, Dr. Kevin Johnson,
Hello! My name is Dr. Kevin!
In 2014 I obtained my B.S. in Kinesiolugy from Cal State University of Fullerton. It was in my last year where I had an “ah ha” moment and realized Physical Therapy was not what I wanted or needed to do in my life. This is when I was introduced to Chiropractic and my life changed forever. The ability to help people get well with the power of the body was what brought me in. I then applied to Life Chiropractic College West and began my journey a few months later.
In 2017, I graduated from LCCW and moved back to Orange County where I worked in an office for about 5 months and then ventured out on my own. I ran my own practice for a little more than a year.
In 2019 I attended AutismOne in Chicago and my life changed forever, once again. I met some amazing people and got more aquatinted with Dr. Steve. I also met Dr. Amy Spolstra who introcided me into her FOCUS program. I have attended both of her seminars and have been certified by Dr. Amy as a FOCUS Academy Member. This program gave me extensive knowledge in the neurodevelopmental disorder realm.
Why San Diego? The decision to move to San Diego was contingent on the amazing opportunity to work with Dr. Steve. When I first graduated, I met Dr. Steve as I came to observe his office after I was introduced to him by the dean of my clinic at LCCW. When I came down, I saw so much love and passion for a population that is so near and dear to my heart. I even worked in an Autism Specifc classroom as an instructional assistant for about a year. My love for this population grew even more. I wanted to help these kids in more than the classroom setting.
I also have an adopted brother who has had his own challenges and I was there for all of them. There were good days and there were bad days. But once I was in Chiropractic college, I was able to adjust him. This had an outstanding affect on him. So much so that my parents asked me what I did to him because, “he is being much nicer to us and is not giving us attitude when we ask him to do things.”
I am very excited be here at the Center for Health & Human Potential.
Improvement in All Areas of Life
We've seen a lot of improvement in his speech and his vocabulary has grown vastly. I'm able to have more conversations with him. He has more control over his body and we're seeing so much improvement in all areas of his life.

Given Her Life Back
In only 4 visits for my daughter, they have given her life back to her. Relieving her completely from debilitating depression for over 10 yrs, anxiety, OCD, and panic attacks that at times kept her from going out.
It is truly a miracle. She is playing music, painting, drawing. She told me tonight she can't ever remember being this happy in her life. I thank God for leading me to Dr. Steve. He may just have saved her life. She has been suicidal for years. She is just 19 yrs old. God bless you Steve for saving my daughter and me from the hell we've been in for so long.

Increased Affection
The increase in affection has been the greatest reward since our son started care. We are so grateful Dr. Steve.

Seizure Free!
We have seen so many changes in Liam since he’s been coming. He went from having up to 60 seizures a day to seizure free.

Kindness, Respect & Patience
Dr. Steve and his staff at the Center for Health and Human Potential have treated our daughter with special needs with total kindness, complete respect, and immeasurable patience.
It has been one of the most comfortable experiences with healthcare, and we would recommend any parent to look into services at CHHP, whether to improve a specific condition or to seek out general health benefits from their approach to chiropractic care.

Improvement with Seizures
Although Dylan still has a long way to go, we have seen significant improvements with his seizures, medication dosages, and trunk control. I feel confident that we will see even more progress as he continues to see Dr. Steve!

More Sociable and Happy
My daughter has come out of her shell. She is more sociable on her own without being prompted to speak. It's a wonderful feeling to see her so happy where before I would have to encourage her to reply to people when spoken to. She is on the safety patrol at school and encourages students K-8 to follow rules. I can't believe she is telling 8th graders to follow rules!
