A Healthcare Center that Starts with the Heart
The Center for Health & Human Potential difference begins with our beliefs.
We believe in taking care of people like family.
We believe you and your family were born to be healthy and not sick as well as happy and not sad.
We know you have what it takes and see our role as simply removing interference to your natural ability to heal, grow and thrive.
We believe in human potential and simply put, we believe in YOU.

I’m so glad you’ve found us.
For so many individuals like yourself, this has been their starting place to regain their own health or to significantly improve the health and quality of life of their child and family.
I’ve chosen to focus my practice on…
A large percentage of my practice are children with various special needs.
As a father of a child with severe neurodevelopmental challenges, I know firsthand the many struggles that come with raising a child with special needs.
This is one of the many reasons our office is especially equipped to meet your family’s needs. You see, we’ve created our office with you in mind and have adapted it to meet your needs and not the other way around.
From our easy, online intake forms to our open, cheerful, safe environment, our office feels more like a home away from home than most of the sterile, hostile “healthcare” facilities out there.
The truth is, you’ve probably never seen an office like ours.
We also serve a large number of people with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as those with chronic neurologic and autoimmune and other disease processes.
We are on a mission to help the sickest of the sick and those with no hope.
No matter your reason for starting care, I can assure you of this.
We will take care of you and your family like we would our own families.
We will do everything we can to help you achieve your optimal health and quality life and be your guide through that process.
I personally know how alone, frustrated and stuck it feels to have a child or loved one facing intense health challenges.
I also know how to help you get unstuck and how to give you a game plan to get back on track.
The first step is often one of the most difficult. It’s simply asking for help.
I want to make that as easy as possible for you.
Asking for help is as simple as this.
- Fill out our Appointment Request Form by clicking here.
- Call or text us at 619-363-5073. (You can speak to myself or one of our doctors to discuss your situation.)
- Attend one of our workshops to get more resources and information.
It really is that simple.
I hope you’ll reach out and discover how we can help.
If you’ve spent much time on our website, you’ve already seen how we’ve helped so many people just like you.
I can’t wait to connect with you to see how we can help.
All my best,
Dr. Dulce Aguilar

Message from Dr. Dulce
I was born and raised in small town in Mexico, and at the age of 20, I decided to move to Los Angeles, California to learn a new language and to pursue my higher education.
In 2012, I obtained my …
I also have an interest in prenatal care, and I am certified in the ICPA Webster technique. I love the outdoors, diverse culinary cuisines, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
Why Chiropractic? Since an early age, I had a great interest in the self-healing and self-regulating power of the human body, and I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to help others restore their health and lives without the use of medications.
However, it wasn’t until my early 20’s that I began to experiment in chiropractic care. I quickly realized that I was healthier and able to adapt better to more stressful situations when I was having chiropractic adjustments on a regular basis.
Before deciding to attend chiropractic school, I shadowed a few different chiropractors and had the opportunity to witness different cases in which one or a few chiropractic adjustments resulted in great improvements of a patient’s health.
This natural healing approach of Chiropractic and my first-hand experiences motivated me to pursue my doctorate in Chiropractic.
All my best,
