Why San Diego?
My family and I relocated to San Diego in 2012 for several reasons. All three of us love the beautiful climate, the friendly and engaging people and the progressive way of life. After running a successful chiropractic office on the central coast of California for 9 years, we decided to sell all our worldly possessions to go on a trip of a lifetime around the world.
The experience was priceless on so many levels. Renewed energy and zest for life, reorganization of life’s priorities and new perspectives regarding personal and professional objectives. What we discovered is that of all the places in the world, San Diego had so much to offer, and we believe we have much to offer our fellow community members as well.
We look forward to being active participants in continuing to make San Diego such a special place to call home and are very grateful to all those that have made us feel so welcome!

Dr. Dulce Aguilar
Promoting a positive and healthy community in San Diego, California.
My name is Dr. Dulce Aguilar, D.C. I am extremely happy to be part of the Center for Health and Human Potential, and I am committed to helping children and families in the San Diego community experience their maximum health potential and vitality through genuine and quality chiropractic care.
Why San Diego? The beauty of the city and its wonderful weather have captivated my heart since the first time I visited San Diego a few years ago. However, the main reason why I decided to move to San Diego was the amazing job that Dr. Tullius performs at the Center for Health and Human Potential. The testimonials from his patients about the different improvements in the quality of their health have truly inspired me to join the Center and help continue serving the San Diego community. Additionally, Dr. Tullius and I share the same personal mission, which is providing an extraordinary service and care for children and their families as well as working vigorously to ensure that every man, woman, and child throughout the world have access to chiropractic care.
A little bit about me: I was born and raised in small town in Mexico, and at the age of 20, I decided to move to Los Angeles, California to learn a new language and to pursue my higher education. In 2012, I obtained my B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University, Los Angeles, and in 2016, I received my Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences, LACC. I also have an interest in prenatal care, and I am certified in the ICPA Webster technique. I love the outdoors, diverse culinary cuisines, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
Why Chiropractic? Since an early age, I had a great interest in the self-healing and self-regulating power of the human body, and I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to help others restore their health and lives without the use of medications. However, it wasn’t until my early 20’s that I began to experiment in chiropractic care. I quickly realized that I was healthier and able to adapt better to more stressful situations when I was having chiropractic adjustments on a regular basis. Before deciding to attend chiropractic school, I shadowed a few different chiropractors and had the opportunity to witness different cases in which one or a few chiropractic adjustments resulted in great improvements of a patient’s health. This natural healing approach of Chiropractic and my first-hand experiences motivated me to pursue my doctorate in Chiropractic.
